Hi, I also cannot download the app for Windows I did check all the requirements, and already had this app on the same computer. After contacting support I was directed to download fitbit for PC, which worked, but I really do not like it as app for Windows 10 was much better. Had the Windows 10 app, things were great until there was some kind of update from Micosoft and the app quite working. I have attempted numerous times to “Get the app”, but the only thing that happens is it makes my screen pulse once, then nothing happens!
